Engineered a ground-up transit bus platform featuring a lightweight composite floor, engineered to support multiple powertrain variants—ICE, CNG, and EV. Utilized model-based development (MBD) simulations to generate load cases and conducted FMVSS-compliant crash and durability analyses, including rollover, roof crush, and side/rear impact scenarios.
